Step 1 - Open Windows Security
- Press Windows Key.
- Search for Windows Security.
- Open the application.
Step 2 - Navigate to Core Isolation
- Select Device Security.
- Under Core Isolation, click Core Isolation Details.
Step 3 - Disable Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist
- Locate Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist.
- Ensure the setting is Off.
- If it is enabled, turn it Off.
Alternative Method (If The Option Is Missing)
Some versions of Windows do not display the Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist setting. If you cannot see the option:- Open PowerShell as Administrator.
- Paste the following command:
- Press Enter.
- Type Y if prompted and press Enter.
Step 4 - Restart Your Computer
- Save any open work.
- Restart your PC.
Important: The change will not apply until your computer has been restarted.
